Strategic co-operation agreement signed by the BVI company and German bank

In July, the BVI-registered company Yucheng Technologies Limited signed strategic cooperation agreement with Sino-German Bausparkasse Co. Ltd., which operates as a savings bank based in China and providing housing financing solutions. By this agreement, a strategic partnership was established by the parties to jointly explore innovative business cooperation, Yucheng being a supplier of IT to Sino-German Bausparkasse.

Since 2009, the BVI company is working as a partner of the Sino-German Bausparkasse, providing for the successful construction of German bank core systems, call centre systems, ESB systems, ERP systems, corporate credit systems, and online banking. Currently, the Sino-German Bausparkasse is preparing its 3-5 years IT construction plan, and needs the assistance of IT company’s experience. The bank chose Yucheng Technologies, taking into account its leading positions in the industry and previously established cooperation with the BVI company.

Luxoft Holding announced acquisition of Mecel Populus Suite for automotive HMI design

Luxoft Holding, Inc, the BVI company providing global software development services and innovative IT solutions, acquired Mecel Populus Suite from Mecel AB. It was stated by the company that the Populus Suite, which is a complete tool chain for designing, developing and deploying user interfaces for distributed embedded systems, will further strengthen Luxoft’s competitive offering in automotive human machine interface and digital cluster design.

Mecel Populus Suite works with a wide variety of displays and applications in the automotive industry. It has been used to produce cluster HMIs for more than 7 million produced vehicles, including those manufactured by leading Scandinavian and US Original Equipment Manufacturers.

Xcite Energy entered into MoU with Aibel AS

Xcite Energy Limited announced that its 100 per cent subsidiary, Xcite Energy Resources Limited, has signed Memorandum of Understanding with Aibel AS, which is a leading service company in the oil and gas industry, operating in Norway, Thailand, Singapore, UK, Denmark and Egypt. The MoU sets the principles for executing the engineering, procurement and construction of self-installing ACE platform selected for the Bentley field.

The platform is designed by Ove Arup & Partners, the company offering a broad range of professional services in the building industry.

To deliver the ACE platform, Aibel AS will work with AMEC, the international consultancy, engineering and project management company working in oil and gas, mining, energy and environment industries.
