Global Payout Inc. signs agreement with BVI-registered WCM777 Limited

Global Payout, Inc., the management consultant services company and program manager, headquartered in San Diego, California, signed agreement with WCM777, the British Virgin Islands-registered company which is sales and marketing affiliate of World Capital Market, Inc. World Capital Market, Inc., is a global merchant banking and advisory firm with branches and strategic joint venture partners in Beijing, Shanghai, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Israel, and Tokyo. According to the agreement, Global Payout, Inc. will provide an international payment gateway for members of WCM777, to access and manage their earnings.

James L. Hancock, CEO of Global Payout, Inc., stated in his comments to the agreement: “We are fortunate to provide all of WCM777 payout requirements, and anticipate adding additional international regions based upon their growth for 2014 and 2015.”

By words of Liu Zhi, CEO of WCM777, “This Gateway platform provides the right payment solution and will greatly assist our members in receiving timely and secure payments.”

WCM777 products include personal and small business cloud based services, a web based music station, an electronic library with over 100,000 Chinese books on-line, and a customer loyalty points program. WCM has over 16,000 members located mainly in China, USA, Philippines, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia.

Global Payout’s Consolidated Payment Gateway will provide WCM777 affiliates with electronic wallets to receive commission payouts and to redeem loyalty points on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. WCM777 affiliates will be able to access cash without the expense and time of receiving and depositing checks.

BVI-based NAAP Global Solutions selected as software provider by Digicel

The Caribbean telecommunications provider Digicel has chosen the program by the BVI-domiciled software development company NAAP Global Solutions for its operation in the French Caribbean region including Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana. The NAAP Software platform, which is actually one component of a complete range of services of this company, is multi-modular asset lifecycle software that helps telecom operator improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Under the terms of the agreement, the NAAP solution will also include conducting a detailed inventory of over 50,000 installed telecommunications assets, barcoding and high definition 3-D laser scanning.

Vice president of sales of NAAP Global Solutions, Donato van Splunteren, stated in his comments that, upon project completion, the Caribbean telecom operator will have “an operational tool that will enable the company to have a consolidated view of assets that are deployed in distant geographical territories, simplifying and empowering the decision making process.” He also said that NAAP offers flexibility, providing customers a choice between two business models of NAAP (Purchase Licenses or Software as a Service).
