BVI-registered Play LA Inc. chose new online advertising partner

Play LA Inc., British Virgin Islands-registered internet advertising and publishing company to the online and mobile gaming industry, has announced that Betfair, which is the worlds largest online wagering company, would be its main advertising partner for the 2009 Breeders Cup coverage published on their UK website www.bettingchoice.co.uk. Last year, Breeders Cup has received total amount of US$17.6 mln in international wagers, and many observers expect an exponential increase in this years betting volume.

Play LA Inc. will offer horseplayers the latest Betfair prices and exclusive previews of the races over the two-day event, and it expects to benefit from the attention that was raised by this partnership. The BVI company expects search volume and website traffic to increase dramatically, while the event itself will increase company’s advertising revenues for November 2009 ( Play LA Inc. revenues are generated through advertising from the biggest names in the online gaming industry).

Play LA Inc. is an international online publishing company that owns and operates global network of multi-language websites. Currently, the company owns and operates eleven websites that include sports news, advice and tournament information published through Play LA’s websites for the Sports, Casino Games and the Poker industry.

New directors appointed to BVI-registered Chaarat Gold Holdings

The Board of Chaarat Gold Holdings Ltd., which is the British Virgin Islands company focused on exploration works in the Chaarat Area of Kyrgyz Republic, announced the appointment of non-executive directors with effect from 23 October 2009. Tao Lua and David Tang are appointed in accordance with the subscription agreement with China Nonferrous Metals International Mining Co. Ltd (CNMIM).By terms of this agreement, the Chinese company has the right to appoint two directors to the board of Chaarat Gold, as long as their interest in the BVI company makes not less than 10%. Currently, CNMIM holds 19.9% of the issued share capital of Chaarat.

Tao Lua, who is the chairman of CNMIM and President of its parent company China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co. Ltd., is appointed as the Deputy Chairman of Chaarat and will sit on the remuneration committee of the company. He was a senior economist with over 30 years experience in the nonferrous metals industry in China, and was a Vice Director of Beijing General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals. Mr Lua was also the Chairman of Committee of Supervisors and Vice President of Aluminium Corporation of China Ltd.

David Tang is the President of CNMIM and is appointed to the audit committee. He is well known for pioneering the trading system for the first nonferrous metals future commodity exchange in China.
